Day I Found It

My friend and I were spending a few days in December last year in Edinburgh and on a cold, wet, windy day, we didn't know quite what to do. Eventually we visited the National Trust property, the Merchant's House on Charlotte Square. After a delightful and interesting time there we visited the National Trust Shop and Cafe on the opposite side of the Square where we had a bowl of the most delicious soup. After that, we visited the cafe each day for coffee and scones. Delicious! Our visit to Edinburgh was complete.
