Day I Found It

We were driving to St. Andrews for a break. We decided to stop in Lauder. The café had fantastic art work and furniture, carvings etc. My wife and daughter loved it. I sat and read all about the town history. Then the castle at Thirlestane was definitely worth a visit. A lovely little jewel in the borders. This cafe has everything you look for: service, good food and interest.
