Day I Found It

We had just moved to Aberdeen when a kind couple we met in church asked us if we had visited any of the sights around. They took us out to Crathes Castle, where we took a brisk autumn walk on some of the trails there. They then told us about this quaint lodge where they took us for a coffee, tea and scones (complete with strawberries and cream of course). It was a lovely introduction to Scotland and the Scottish hospitality!
